Use of the Hosted Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement may apply.

GetHealthJobs may suspend access to services temporarily due to system maintenance, technical upgrades, outages, or for security reasons.

2. Registration and User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration details and maintain their credentials securely.
• Each user must have a unique login and email address.
• Customers must notify GetHealthJobs of changes to technical or administrative contact information.
• Customers are responsible for overseeing all platform use by their personnel.
• Customers are responsible for establishing their own backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account, notify us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Sell, sublicense, assign, lease, or share access to the Hosted Services with unauthorized third parties;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or technical designs;
• Use the services to build a competing product;
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or introduce harmful code;
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or spamming techniques;
• Transmit or post content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise illegal;
• Circumvent security features, usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access.

Customers and Users must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized third-party access and must notify GetHealthJobs immediately if such access occurs.

4. Third-Party Tools and Analytics

GetHealthJobs may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure performance and usage patterns. By using the Hosted Services, you consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and features on the GetHealthJobs platform are owned by GetHealthJobs or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Hosted Services without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Breach of these Terms;
• Legal or regulatory requirements;
• Security threats or misuse of the platform.

Upon termination, you must stop using the platform, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our policies.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, USA.
