As we continue to grow, we remain deeply committed to delivering exceptional clinical care and truly positive patient experiences.<br /><br />We are seeking a passionate, patient-centered Dental Hygienist who is eager to grow both personally and professionally while being part of a supportive, high-performing team.<br /><br />Position Summary<br />The Dental Hygienist serves as the primary preventive provider of the practice, responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while educating and motivating patients toward optimal oral and overall health.<br /><br />This role is essential in identifying periodontal conditions, supporting diagnosis, and helping patients understand the connection between oral health and total body health.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)<br />Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations (probing, recession, mobility, furcation)<br />Identify early signs of periodontal disease and restorative concerns<br />Take, process, and review diagnostic radiographs<br />Perform head, neck, and oral cancer screenings<br />Utilize intraoral cameras and technology to support diagnosis and patient education<br />Apply fluoride and other preventive agents as needed<br />Assist doctor during hygiene exams and support treatment planning<br />Patient Care &amp; Education<br />Review and update patient medical histories and clinical documentation<br />Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment recommendations<br />Build long-term, trusting patient relationships<br />Clearly communicate findings to both patients and doctors<br />Motivate patients toward improved home care and overall health<br />Operational Responsibilities<br />Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments<br />Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards<br />Maintain hygiene equipment and instruments in proper working condition<br />Accurately chart treatments and clinical notes<br />Schedule and reinforce continuing care appointments<br />Support overall office flow and team collaboration<br /><br />Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br /><br />Technology You’ll Love Working With<br />We invest in modern tools that support efficiency, comfort, and exceptional outcomes, including:<br />Biolase laser<br />Cavitron 300s<br />Nomad digital X-rays<br />Arrestin therapy<br />One-click intraoral cameras<br />TVs in operatories<br />Open Dental software<br />Our Vision<br />Growth and advancement—personally and professionally<br />Patient-centered, relationship-driven care<br />Strong team and patient relationships<br />Convenience-focused patient experience<br />Technology-driven clinical excellence<br />Our Culture<br />We believe in a work hard, play hard environment.
