Occupational Therapist

*We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team!*<br /><br />You will plan occupational rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.<br /><br />*Responsibilities:*<br /><br />* Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.<br />* Communicate with referring physicians about the patient’s progress.<br />* Record and document patient care services in an EHR (EPIC) in a timely manner<br />* Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care<br /><br />*Qualifications:*<br /><br />* Current California occupational therapy license or have the ability to obtain one.<br />* Graduate of OTD accredited occupational therapy school<br />* Ability to build rapport with patients<br />* Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />* Experience in pediatric OT is a plus.<br /><br />Job Type: Full-time<br /><br />Pay: $52.95 - $64.25 per hour<br /><br />Benefits:<br />* 401(k)<br />* 401(k) matching<br />* Dental insurance<br />* Health insurance<br />* Paid time off<br />* Retirement plan<br />* Vision insurance<br /><br /><br /><br />License/Certification:<br />* Occupational Therapist CA License (Required)<br /><br />Ability to Relocate:<br />* Yreka, CA 96097: Relocate before starting work (Required)<br /><br />Work Location: In person
