Occupational Therapist<br /><br />Duties:<br />- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities<br />- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results<br />- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities<br />- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care<br />- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed<br />- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies<br />- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records<br /><br />Requirements:<br />- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy<br />- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist<br />- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and practices<br />- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team<br />- Experience in case management and speech therapy is preferred but not required<br /><br />Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
