*What we're looking for*<br /><br />We're looking for a compassionate, skilled psychologist who thrives in a medical setting and genuinely cares about the geriatric population. Our patients present with a wide range of conditions — depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, adjustment disorders — often alongside complex medical co-morbidities like diabetes, stroke, or cancer.<br /><br />You're a great fit if you:<br /><br />* Want full schedule flexibility — 4- or 5-day weeks, set your own hours<br />* Prefer working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary medical setting<br />* Want to focus entirely on patient care, not paperwork or billing<br />* Value quality of care over case volume<br /><br />*What you'll be doing*<br /><br />* Conducting psychological evaluations, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy with residents in skilled nursing facilities<br />* Writing clinical reports, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours of each session<br />* Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support whole-person patient outcomes<br />* Attending a monthly all-staff meeting<br />* Practicing within ethical and professional standards of care<br /><br />Want to see more patients?
