Associate Dentist

Pruitt &amp; Earp Dentistry is a well established and growing dental company looking to add an associate dentist to our team in Greenville, NC and Plymouth, NC. The ideal associate will work in Plymouth 4 days a week and in Greenville 1 Friday twice a month. Plymouth is a small town right off the Roanoke River. It's about 45 minutes from Greenville, NC and an hour to the outer banks. It's ideal for someone who enjoys the scenic outdoors and likes day trips to North Carolina coastal communities. Our office provides patients with a wide spectrum of dental treatments and we are looking to hire an Associate Dentist who is capable of and confident in performing routine and complex dental procedures. The treatment you will provide is based on how confident you are in different areas of dentistry. The associate dentist’s responsibilities include developing suitable treatment plans for patients and treating those patient's accordingly. Our company focuses on strong team work and creating a great work environment for staff and patients.<br /><br />Start Date: Jan 2026<br /><br />*Associate Dentist Responsibilities:*<br /><br />* Providing high quality dental treatments to patients across all areas of general dentistry in which you are comfortable.<br />* Effectively diagnosing and educating patients on the importance of dental treatment and hygiene practices.<br />* Performing oral cancer screenings.<br /><br />*Associate Dentist Requirements:*<br /><br />* Two years of experience is desired but willing to consider a skilled new graduate.<br />* Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in dentistry (DMD).<br />* State license to practice dentistry and in good standing with NC Dental board.<br />* Active DEA license.<br />* CPR certification.<br />* Proven experience working in a dental practice.<br />* The ability to work in a team.<br />* Good hand-eye coordination.<br />* Excellent communication skills.<br /><br />Job Type: Full-time<br /><br />Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year<br /><br />Benefits:<br />* 401(k)<br />* 401(k) matching<br />* Dental insurance<br />* Employee discount<br />* Flexible schedule<br />* Health insurance<br />* Paid time off<br />* Professional development assistance<br />* Retirement plan<br />* Vision insurance<br /><br />Work Location: In person
