This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while making a positive impact on patients’ lives through expert care and personalized treatment plans.<br /><br />*Duties*<br /><br />* Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision and confidence<br />* Conduct thorough patient assessments .<br />* Utilize Open Dental software to document patient records accurately and efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance<br />* Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to strict sterilization standards to ensure patient safety<br />* Educate patients on treatment options and be available for questions and concerns.<br />* Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow and enhance patient comfort<br />* Maintain detailed dental documentation and ensure all procedures comply with dental terminology standards and legal requirements<br /><br />*Requirements*<br /><br />* Valid dental license with eligibility to practice in the state Pennsylvania.<br />* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs comprehensively and communicate effectively<br />* Ability to perform dental procedures confidently<br />* Prior experience working in a fast-paced dental office or clinic setting is highly preferred<br />* Salary will depend on chosen type of employment and experience<br /><br />Join us as an Associate Dentist looking to become a Partner in this Private Practice or work with us part time to assist us in our hygiene department where your skills will directly influence the health and confidence of our patients.
