You will work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, goal-oriented therapy services.<br /><br />Essential Responsibilities<br /><br />* Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans<br />* Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans<br />* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to ensure coordinated care<br />* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, progress, and adaptive strategies<br />* Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely per regulations<br />* Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies<br />* Contribute positively to a culture of respect, teamwork, and patient-centered care<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state (or eligible for licensure)<br />* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program<br />* Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but not required<br />* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills<br />* A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork<br />* Desire to be part of a positive, evolving organization<br /><br />Why Join Us?<br /><br />At Mountain View, we believe great outcomes start with *great people who feel supported, valued, and inspired*.
