As an RN, you will support the Director in overseeing the daily operations of our Health Services Department, ensuring high-quality care and services are provided to our residents.<br /><br />In this role, you will assist with managing the nursing staff, coordinating care with families and external providers, and ensuring compliance with our community’s standards and regulatory requirements.
