Wakefield Dental is a *thriving private practice* with offices located in Dover, Ohio and Cambridge, Ohio— these communities are known for their blend of historic charm, strong schools, and friendly small-town atmospheres. Led by a *non-DSO owner with over 22 years of experience*, our offices emphasizes *patient-centered care* and clinical excellence. We offer a *wide range of dental services* including general comprehensive care, dental implants, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and endodontics. We are *out of network with all insurance plans*, serving a patient base that is approximately *80% out-of-network and 20% cash pay*.<br /><br />*Compensation*<br /><br />* *Earning Potential:* $200,000–$350,000 annually<br />* *Daily Guarantee:* for the first 6 months<br />* *Compensation Structure:* Percentage of collections (negotiable based on skill and experience)<br />* *Benefits:*<br />* $1,000 annual CE allowance<br />* 401(k) with 3% employer match<br />* *Signing bonus* (negotiable based on experience and contract length)<br /><br />*The Opportunity*<br /><br />*You’ll join a fast-growing, technology-driven practice* with a strong emphasis on collaboration and comprehensive care.
