*Full-Time*<br />*Day Shift*<br /><br />*Benefits*:<br /><br />* $20,000 sign-on bonus<br />* $72,000 - $77,00/year<br />* Paid time off begins accruing day 1<br />* Health, vision, dental, &amp; HSA plans<br />* 401K plan with employer contribution<br />* No scheduled weekends<br />* Clinical call support from Legacy IHP Solutions<br /><br />As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care.<br /><br />*Responsibilities*:<br /><br />* Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff<br />* Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans<br />* Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations<br />* Assess current and prospective residents<br />* Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff<br />* Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies<br /><br />*Qualifications:*<br /><br />* Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license<br />* Previous experience supervising staff<br />* Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired<br />* Passion and drive for helping others<br />* A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset<br /><br />_*Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.*_<br /><br />*About Edgewood:*<br />Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992.
