Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational and hand therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. This position focuses on the evaluation and treatment of patients with upper extremity, hand, and wrist injuries and conditions. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and passionate about helping individuals restore function and improve their quality of life.<br /><br />*Key Responsibilities*<br /><br />* Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions<br />* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient-specific goals<br />* Fabricate, fit, and modify custom orthoses and splints<br />* Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities<br />* Educate patients on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and injury prevention<br />* Accurately and timely document patient evaluations, progress, and outcomes in the EMR<br />* Communicate effectively with referring physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members<br /><br />*Qualifications*<br /><br />* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington<br />* Minimum of *2 years* of experience in upper extremity and/or hand therapy<br />* Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, or willingness to obtain certification<br />* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills<br />* Experience with post-surgical and workers’ compensation cases preferred<br /><br />*Schedule*<br /><br />* No weekends<br />* 7 1/2 Paid Holidays<br />* Flexible scheduling options available, if applicable<br /><br />Job Types: Full-time, Part-time<br /><br />Pay: $70,500.00 - $94,000.00 per year<br /><br />Benefits:<br /><br />* 401(k)<br />* 401(k) matching<br />* Dental insurance<br />* Flexible schedule<br />* Flexible spending account<br />* Health insurance<br />* License reimbursement<br />* Paid time off<br />* Vision insurance<br />* Performance Bonus<br /><br />License/Certification:<br /><br />* Occupational Therapy License (Required)<br /><br />Work Location: In person<br /><br />Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year<br /><br />Benefits:<br />* 401(k)<br />* 401(k) matching<br />* Dental insurance<br />* Health insurance<br />* License reimbursement<br />* Paid time off<br />* Vision insurance<br /><br />Work Location: In person
