Dental Hygienist

This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a collaborative and patient-centered practice.<br /><br />*Duties*<br /><br />* Conduct oral health assessments and record patient histories accurately<br />* Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing techniques, and overall oral hygiene practices<br />* Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols<br />* Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with efficiency and professionalism<br />* Provide postoperative instructions and reinforce treatment plans to ensure patient understanding<br />* Maintain strict infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff<br /><br />*Experience*<br /><br />* Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with certification to administer local anesthetic in accordance with state or regional regulations<br />* Proven experience in dental hygiene practice, preferably in a fast-paced clinical setting<br />* Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, procedures, and infection control protocols<br />* Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and connect with diverse patient populations<br />* Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with the dental team<br />* Familiarity with dental software systems for charting and recordkeeping is preferred<br /><br />Join us in making a difference—helping patients achieve healthier smiles while advancing your career in a vibrant, supportive environment!<br /><br />Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour<br /><br />Benefits:<br />* 401(k)<br /><br />Work Location: In person
