Dental Hygienist

Our private practice is the right fit for a growth minded, detail oriented, and enthusiastic dental hygienist desiring to take their career to another level!*<br /><br />*We are currently seeking a full or part time dental hygienist (Monday-Thursday) to help our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.*<br /><br />*We offer a competitive hourly wage, 401k with match, medical insurance, generous family dental package, PTO, and paid holidays.*<br /><br />*We look forward to meeting you!*<br /><br />*Responsibilities:*<br /><br />* Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as required.<br />* Conduct oral health assessments and assist in creating treatment plans for patients.<br />* Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to ensure patient comfort during procedures.<br />* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations.<br />* Take and dental X-rays(digital) and intra-oral photographs as necessary.<br />* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.<br />* Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.<br />* Follow infection control and safety protocols to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.<br />* Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in dental hygiene techniques.<br /><br />*Qualifications:*<br /><br />* Valid/current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin.<br />* Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.<br />* Strong knowledge of oral health practices, procedures, and terminology.<br />* Proficiency in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.<br />* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and connect with patients.<br />* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.<br />* Commitment to following infection control and safety protocols.<br />* Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other dental professionals.<br />* Flexibility to work part-time with the potential for full-time hours.<br /><br />*Compensation:*<br /><br />* Competitive hourly salary ranging from $38.00 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.<br />* Opportunity for advancement and professional growth within our practice.<br /><br />Job Types: Full-time, Part-time<br /><br />Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour<br /><br />Benefits:<br />* 401(k)<br />* 401(k) matching<br />* Dental insurance<br />* Health insurance<br />* Paid time off<br /><br /><br /><br />Education:<br />* Associate (Preferred)<br /><br />Experience:<br />* Dentrix: 1 year (Preferred)<br /><br />License/Certification:<br />* Registered Dental Hygienist License in WI (Required)<br /><br />Work Location: In person
