*Nurse Manager – Betty Dare Wellness and Rehabilitation*<br />_(RN or LPN)_<br /><br />*Job Summary*<br />Betty Dare Wellness and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and experienced *Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)* to lead our nursing team. This leadership role is key to ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff support in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.<br /><br />*Key Responsibilities*<br /><br />* Supervise and support nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.<br />* Coordinate daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage.<br />* Conduct clinical rounds and monitor care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.<br />* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.<br />* Oversee medication administration and treatments; IV and phlebotomy skills are a plus.<br />* Participate in utilization review and ensure appropriate care transitions and resource use.<br />* Assist with training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.<br />* Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols.<br />* Respond to emergencies or complex medical issues as needed.<br />* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and staff activities.<br /><br />*Qualifications*<br /><br />* Active New Mexico RN or LPN license in good standing.<br />* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.<br />* Prior supervisory or nurse leadership experience preferred.<br />* Strong communication and organizational skills.<br />* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR); PointClickCare preferred.<br />* BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., IV therapy) are a plus.<br /><br />*Why Join Betty Dare?*<br />At Betty Dare, we believe leadership starts with heart.
