The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical development plans and study protocols with a strong scientific foundation. This includes providing scientific input for the selection of endpoints, patient populations, and study methodologies, as well as overseeing the clinical trials to ensure adherence to scientific rigor, protocols, and quality standards. The role also involves data analysis, interpretation, and the preparation of scientific reports and presentations, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to safety monitoring and risk management.<br /><br />Applicants for this position at the company should have an advanced degree in a life science field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a specific focus on respiratory conditions. A strong understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and data analysis is essential, as is an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
