About the Job

Job Description:

Play a lead role in the effective management and delivery of the strategies and priorities.

Commission presentations and correspondence, ensuring these reflect the key objectives, and to undertake or commission research and project work as and when required within tight non-negotiable deadlines, tailored to specific audiences and addressing the key issues.

Contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives by working collaboratively and actively with colleagues internally and externally, utilizing best practice from different sectors, to help in delivering outstanding services and value for the organization.

Coordinates strategic planning and goal development for the organization; monitors achievement of goals and objectives and provides reports.

Provides direction and integrative coordination in the planning, development, and implementation of projects.

Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of reports as required, with respect to assigned areas of responsibilities.

Develops and coordinates annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses (eg. Inhealth price impact).

Requirement:

Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University

Energetic, approachable, and passionate

Excellent time management and project management skills

Openness to ongoing changes and new assigned tasks

Able to work independently and proactively

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Willing to be placed in Head Office – Karawaci
