Salary $180,000 – $215,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced SVP of National Field Operations and Strategy. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining financial integrity and stability.

The SVP will oversee the business operations of all hospitals and the development of Field Staff, and report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job Details

Lead the Field Operations team including hiring, performance and account management, and direct oversight for all regions.

Create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) by providing support and process efficiencies for operations within our Hospital Partners.

Work with the CFO to develop, refine, and iterate the metrics and benchmarks to make it easier to establish and achieve financial targets

Coach and mentor Vice Presidents with oversight of their workload providing clear performance targets and measurements; create talent plans, career paths and succession plans

Responsible for continued improvement in field operations by training, auditing and providing specific feedback. Develop and ensure that each

Partner, develop and maintain working relationships with C Suite, Revenue Cycle leadership and key influencers of our hospital partners Help design and implement onsite support for new hospital installations. Ensure that cost effective operations and infrastructure are in place to support all staff.

Travel to Hospital Partner sites and regional Teams with some frequency to enhance critical strategic relationships with senior hospital counterparts and deepen team commitment.

Key Qualifications

7-10 years of experience managing a division/business unit with P&L responsibility.

7-10 years experience in a hospital or health care field.

Medicaid/HIPP/Revenue Cycle Management experience with an understanding of hospitals systems.

7-10 years of experience working with Account Management, Finance and Data Analytics

Embrace diversity on many levels.

Ability to travel nationally and spend time in Boston area home office regularly (30-50%)

Fluency in another language is a plus.

MBA or MHA preferred
