We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of good customer service. This person will be the front line for all customer relations and must make a good first impression. We are looking for a multi-tasker that can efficiently complete their job tasks while engaging the customer in order to build a better customer relationship.
Job Duties
Greet patient and ask preliminary questions
Gather pertinent information regarding insurance coverage
Anticipate the needs of the patient and the orthodontic clinical team and be prepared for the next steps
Clearly and concisely communicate with the patient and parent regarding the next steps for the visit
Answer the phone in a professional manner
Work efficiently and without showing stress
Properly document all patient charts
Skills
Great customer service skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to communicate easily with others.
Computer skills
Ability to multitask
Bi-lingual a plus, but not necessary
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:35am-5:15pm approximately 40+ hours weekly.
Rate of Pay: $16 – $20 DOE
