The Medical Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed unit that provides care to patients with a wide range of complex, highly acute medical issues. respiratory failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver injury/failure, kidney injury/failure, sepsis, and drug and alcohol withdrawal. Under the supervision of a
Critical Care
Pulmonologist, the unit is staffed 24 hours-a-day with a team of Physician Assistants, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and medical house staff physicians consisting of interns and residents.
In the Medical ICU, our goal is to develop our staff into well-rounded, highly skilled medical professionals. The unit will push you to your limits as you will be working in a

, our Registered Nurses (RNs) are highly skilled and trained; helping to provide expertise at the bedside and the highest

Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN Required).
Minimum one year acute care Registered Nurse experience strongly preferred.
