Our firm is a fast-paced personal injury law firm seeking a hard working, motivated, professional and articulate individuals for an open position as a Receptionist/Personal Injury Case Manager. This is an exciting career opportunity with a well-respected and established personal injury “Plaintiff’s” law firm. The duties include corresponding and communicating with clients, insurance companies and medical facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records, drafting letters and conducting in person and over-the-phone client consultations.

Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and instruction from Attorneys
Strong multi-tasking ability
Ability to adapt quickly in new environments and quickly establish trust
Ability to understand legal documents and contracts
General knowledge of the Personal Injury process
Must have excellent verbal, written and phone skills
Must have strong computer skills
Must be responsible and organized
Must be professional in all surroundings and situations
Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Employer paid benefits include health insurance, paid sick and vacation time, and 401k/profit sharing.

Working hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 P.M.
