Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, offering personalized assistance and support throughout their travel planning and booking process

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and specific requirements, ensuring a bespoke and tailored experience

Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to create customized travel itineraries aligned with client preferences and budgetary considerations

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and entertainment bookings, to create seamless and stress-free travel experiences

Liaise with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local guides, to confirm bookings, resolve any issues, and ensure the highest level of service for clients

Proactively monitor travel alerts, weather forecasts, and other relevant information to anticipate and address any potential disruptions or emergencies during clients’ trips

Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, payments, and client communications, utilizing our booking system and other digital tools

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and any last-minute requests with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in travel planning, concierge services, or a related customer service field is preferred

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and travel vendors

Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms for research, communication, and booking travel arrangements

Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and adapt to changes in travel plans
