Full Job Description
Duties
– Collect and update patient information, enter into patient intake system
– Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
– Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
– Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Experience
– Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping
