As a Housekeeping Services Attendant your role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including minibar, guest services and amenities. Your responsibilities will also involve regular manual handling such as setting up roll-a-ways and moving trolleys. This role plays an essential part of the team that supports in delivering the best care and service to our guests.
We have a number of full time, part time and casual roles available within our Housekeeping Services department which include:
Houseperson
Overnight Houseperson
Laundry Attendant
Minibar Attendant
Amenity Attendant
General Services
About You
You’ll bring the following:
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred in a similar luxury hotel or resort.
A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Great work ethic and experience working in a team environment.
Ability to work a 7 day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
If successful in progressing with your application, face to face interviews will be conducted week commencing 20th May.
