Position Overview:
As an Healthcare Growth Strategy Lead, you will be the catalyst for MarianaAI’s growth within the healthcare industry. Leveraging your established network and sales acumen, you will identify potential clients, and nurture relationships to create sales opportunities. This role provides an attractive commission-based compensation model based on the revenue generated from your sales.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients in the healthcare sector
Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations
Effectively communicate how MarianaAI’s solutions can address the challenges in Revenue Cycle Management and medical coding
Collaborate with MarianaAI’s team to ensure client needs are understood and met
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and changes in legislation that could impact sales
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Healthcare VP or a similar role within the healthcare industry
Established network of decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations
Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and medical coding processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
