Do you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join a Fortune 500 retail pharmacy company, as a Strategy Consultant on the Pharmacy Benefits Management Team! In this role, you’ll assume a highly visible position within the PBM organization, driving strategic initiatives and operational execution to support critical processes and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Initiatives Management:
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy call center, patient experience team, reporting and analytics, and Pharmacy Operations to manage strategic initiatives for the PBM Team.
2. Work in a cross-functional team environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Project Development and Management:
• Develop foundational materials to proactively define and manage projects, including charters, status trackers, and project management frameworks.
• Ensure that the end state of various projects aligns with business objectives and that all deliverables and due dates are met.
4. Governance and Reporting:
• Manage key governance for the Operations team, including weekly team meetings and project status checkpoints.
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop tools, provide project management support, and liaise with teams supporting reporting.
Requirements:
• PM experience within a large company
• Experience with managing technology projects
• This expert needs to be a problem solver and self-starter
Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Slides/leadership presentations
• Future state vision, strategy for formulary portfolio
• Business casing/value tracking
• Technical enhancements research and roadmap
This would be a completely remote position and the expert on this project needs to be able to work within EST hours. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and support us through the end of the year.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
• PM certification is a nice to have
– Prior Experience at a major retail pharmacy company
– Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, and Pharmacy Domain/Industry experience
