Must have 12-plus years of experience. Must have PMP and agile certification if they have one out of the two then also we can consider
The Senior IT Project Manager is to be well versed in project management, a trusted partner able to align teams to drive, execute and deliver. The role will manage multiple initiatives partnering with multiple project teams across DigITs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with stakeholders to define and agree on project scope and requirements
Work with the project team to create and manage project plans, milestone timelines, identify risks and provide clear communication
Interfacing with all roles across DigITs to always ensure transparency and alignment of a project
Managing the execution of work, which includes tracking team progress, routing deliverables for review and approval and monitoring scope
Actively monitoring project risks/issues, escalate in a timely manner, and drive teams to effective solutions
Being able to hold your own in a team conversation, as well as with technical leaders outside of the team
Having a working understanding of both business and technical discussions and the ability to contribute to either
Proactively identifies recommendations to make the solution better
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12+ years of project management experience
Extensive technical background in all IT areas, including network infrastructure (and security), server technology, desktop technology, health care experience (preferred)
Excellent leadership skills
Flexibility and forward-thinking approach to the way work is done
Ability to work on multiple projects while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all leverls in a confident and professional manner
Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans
Experience interfacing with partner vendors on technical delivery projects
Licenses and Certifications: Project Management Professional, PMP, Scaled Agile Framework
