We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Customer Representative who is fluent in to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system.
Provide language assistance to Spanish-speaking patients.
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Educate patients on available healthcare resources.
Address patient concerns and ensure a positive healthcare experience.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in patient navigation or related roles.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Compensation:

Pay rate: $18-20 per hour based on experience
