Boerum Hill Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, organized, upbeat and intelligent person for a patient concierge position. Prior experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
– Greeting patients in the front lobby
– Answering phone calls / emails / text messages
– Scheduling new and existing patients
– Checking patient insurance benefits and eligibility
– Submitting prior authorizations to insurances
– Assist manager and doctor with special projects
– Assist patients with financial options for treatment plans
Salaries and performance-based bonuses will depend on the eligibility of the candidate.
