We’re seeking a Regional Director of Operations to join this leading practice management platform to oversee a growing group of practices in the Northeast. This company is expanding aggressively through series of acquisitions. The Director of Operations will be heavily involved in the on-boarding, integration and ongoing support of these acquired practices, in addition to supporting existing practices. This is a rapidly growing business with a great culture that offers exciting professional growth and advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing leadership to a multi-site territory of physician practices. You must be comfortable working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We’re seeking a strong leader who is accustomed to leading by influence with compassion and integrity.
Compensation will be highly competitive and will include a meaningful base salary, performance bonus, and equity. The ideal candidate will be located in Northeast US and will be willing to travel regularly.
