Position OverviewAs a Day Centre Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance to individuals with activities, fostering social interactions, and offering emotional support. Additionally, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist individuals with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.

Facilitate engaging activities to enhance social interaction and cognitive stimulation.

Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals experiencing loneliness or isolation.

Ensure the safety and security of all attendees during their time at the center.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.

RequirementsCompassionate and empathetic demeanor towards older individuals facing various challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Patience and understanding in supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities as required.
