The Company:
A global medical device company who develop software and hardware systems for complex Neurosurgery, Spine and Trauma cases, is looking for an Clinical Support Specialist to join their highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate, train and provide on-site guidance and assistance to surgeons on the use of Image Guided Surgery products for Neurosurgery, Spine and Trauma cases
Provide clinical demonstrations and trials
Perform system installations including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
Ensure timely and efficient completion of all required documentation (service reports, acceptance protocols etc.)
Proactively identify accounts that are eligible for software updates
Visit all assigned warranty and service contract customers
Report and document complaints and product enhancement requests
Attend meetings and trade shows where applicable to demonstrate and promote products and services
About you:
Bachelor’s degree qualified
Experience working as an Engineer OR allied healthcare professional is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally
Resilient and flexible
Strong attention to detail
Full drivers license
