Full Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Operations Manager with an RBT Certification to oversee the daily operations of our Autism ABA clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, manage scheduling, ensuring quality client care, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, training, auditing data and session notes, covering sessions as needed.
Duties:
– Manage and supervise ABA clinic staff, including training new hires, supporting BTs and RBTS, and performance evaluations.
– Ensure that policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations
– Support therapists and clients to implement ABA strategies as needed
– Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
– Oversee the collection and analysis of data to evaluate clinic performance and identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with the BCBA, Clinical Director, and Administrator with daily tasks.
-Cover the therapists for breaks and sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
– Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Required
– Proven experience in clinic operations management or a similar role
– Strong knowledge of ABA regulations, including HIPAA compliance
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Proficient in data collection and analysis
– Familiarity with applied behavior analysis, special education, or behavioral health is a plus
