At Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford we are committed to keeping our customers independent by providing care in the comfort of their own homes. We offer one to one, person centred care which is tailored to each and every individual customer to support their needs. We help with everyday tasks and companionship right through to personal care and complex needs.
We cover a number of areas including Wakering, Shoeburyness, Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea, Chalkwell, Hockley, Rayleigh and Rochford.
There’s no need for previous experience at Bluebird Care as we provide
full induction training and ongoing support
throughout your employment at Bluebird Care. All that we ask is that you bring your caring and compassion nature and commitment to our customers.
Requirements*
Full and valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – unfortunately we do not have any non driving roles available at the moment. But should any become available we will contact you.
Right to work in the UK ✅- Unfortunately we do NOT currently have a sponsorship licence.
Excellent level of English✍️
Aged 18+
We offer the flexibility to work around you and have both full-time and part-time hours to offer. We try to be as flexible as possible although we do require you to commit to working alternate weekends and at least two evenings a week.
