What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate and implement patient intake and patient care logistics
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate staff
Place outbound calls to patients for scheduling appointments and consultations
Identify and assess patient needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or higher) OR 2+ years of customer service experience
Certified medical assistant
1+ years of medical office experience
1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Excellence in healthcare
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and electronic communication software programs
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2-year college degree preferred
Telemedicine experience preferred
