Position Overview

Locations: Aurora, Broomfield and Highlands – Hiring Fulltime!

Position Purpose- The Administrative Service Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and customer service support to patients, families, internal team members and providers. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, patient scheduling/registration, basic telephone triage, copying, scanning and/or filing various documents, supporting insurance management functions, administering one or more calendars, creating presentations, flyers and other documents, as well as providing logistical support for events.

Annual Salary Range $46,178.32 to $69,267.49(Based on 40 hours worked per week) / Hourly Salary

Hours per week: Full Time- eligible for benefits

This position may be eligible for remote or hybrid work schedules

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experience is required.
Equivalency: A relevant Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis.

Job Highlights:
